Governance Dashboard Error

Hi,

I had the Governance Dashboard fail a reload yesterday, been pulling my hair out trying to discover how to fix it.

The Server Log Path is correct, it does exist and isn't empty. Nothing has changed with the server or infrastructure so I'm stumped why it would suddenly stop working...as opposed to self created apps that may fail as a result of changes within source data.

Last entries from the log file read:
