Hi,

I can see their is a count mismatch in the Operations monitor between Session details and Sheet usage details and come across few users who are part of sheet details but are missing from session details where sheet_audit _indicator = 1.

Ideally if a user had accessed a sheet, his details should also logged into the session details as well but in the code the users are missing

Also, if a user is appearing under session details and if a user had not clicked on any of the screen then in this case the user details will not come up in sheet details. if this as expected?

Please let me know if anyone had worked on this scenario and able to match both the users count on sheet and session usage screens

Hello @punitpopli

Cause:

Sessions Monitor and Operations Monitor round the session duration in a different way. Short sessions (less than 40 seconds) are registered in the Sessions Monitor app but not in the Operations Monitor app.

Resolution:

This is to be considered as a designed result. The difference is generally little: Sessions Monitor counts very short sessions that are not registered by the Operations Monitor. Users can decide which value is more valuable for their needs.

Thanks,

Padma Priya

Also, the article shared is comparison between sessions in 2 different apps while I wanted to know the cause of user count between 2 screen in operations monitor i.e. between Session Details and Sheet usage screens within Operations Monitor.

even after updating the Operations Monitor logic with the session Duration formula mentioned on the post shared in above post

Still am able to view few users who are coming up in sheet details and are missing from session details

Any other thought on this?
