User input based measure

Hello everyone, I am looking for an output which is explained in the image in the attachment.

here data in table 1 is coming from database. Table 2 is an excel based input where the Percentage % column is updated manually as part of target profit value.

Now, I want to create a measure which tells us what is the value based on the percentage entered in the percentage column in table B.

The tables will automatically link on the common field "Portfolio Name". In the front end you can use the expresssion:

[Forecasted Value] * [Percentage %]

to compute the new value. If you want to calculate the value in the script, you'll need to make some type of join between the tables to do the computation. See https://qlikviewcookbook.com/2020/03/creating-temporary-script-associations/
