Connect to QRS service unavailable

Good morning,

We are trying to access the QRS API to retrieve information on the last login of a user. However, after trying to connect in Postman, we keep getting the error 'HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.' with in the response the warning 'Unable te verify the first certificate.'

We tried to connect using: https://computername:4243/qrs/license and added the required x-qlik-xrfkey to the params and headers. We also tried using port 4244 and 443 we found in the QMC for the proxy:

On this website the links to use are https://qrs.computername, however adding qrs or qps in front of our computer name results in Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND.

Can someone help us understand our problem?

For the URL, try - https://<computername>:4242/qrs/license
Parameter - xrfkey: abcdefg123456789

Headers - X-Qlik-Xrfkey: abcdefg123456789
X-Qlik-User: UserDirectory=Internal; UserID=sa_api

Also, in Postman, when you import the Client Certificate, use <computername>:4242
