Incremental update in Operations Monitor

Hi All,

I am trying to add an incremental logic in Operations Monitor to store the usage analytics in QVD for historical analysis

What am doing now?

am storing the Log content table into a QVD with 3 months of history once
After this am assigning cutoffdate variable as 7 to fetch only last 7 days of data and adding this to the LogContectHistroy.QVD created in step 1 above
Once the data is combine am storing the same into LogContectHistroy.QVD to maintain history incrementally

Problem am facing -

Once the combine QVD is created when am using it to create other tables as per the code i Operations monitor am not getting data for last 3 months / incremental data. Have verified the QVD and its provides the details for last 3 months + incremental data. Somehow the data not appearing in the UI

Any thoughts on this will be really helpful

Incremental logic is implemented based on date i.e.

LogContectHistroy.qvd where LogPeriodStartDate < cutoffdate

Concatenate

Load * Resident LogContent

G'day @punitpopli,

I think the Operations Monitor already does an incremental storage to QVD. Have a look in "C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\" and you should find the QVDs already there.

BTW: The client I was working with for this is on Qlik Sense Feb 2021 Patch 10, which uses version 6.16.0 of the Operations Monitor.
