Can we access qlik sense report outside server with URL?

Hi All,

I have developed an application in qlik sense(desktop version) server but my user want to access the app through URL without loggin to server and he need access to make changes in the report like sorting, column rearrange, changing colours to cell.

Is it possible? If yes ! How??
