Hide Tool tip while hovering over the bar

I want to hide the tooltip marked in red. Not just the values. That tooltip itself must not come up while hovering. Any way to achieve it?

try this

Edit sheet -> Select bar chart-> Appearance -> tooltip

Toggle the Tooltip button from basic to custom. check on "Hide basic rows"

Thanks for the response, but as i mentioned in the question I want to hide the tooltip marked in red. Not just the values. That tooltip itself must not come up while hovering. Hide basic rows only removes the vales but not the tooltip pop up. The screenshot is after hiding basic rows itself.
