Creating summary report using another report

I have to make a summary using a report thats already created.

In summary i have to give following fields:

1. Issue date

2. Overall count of policies

3. Product allowed count

4. App allowed count

5. Overall premium (base + addon)

6. Product allowed premium

I am having difficulty in overall premium. The reason is that the main report is made up of expressions which is limiting/filtering the policies. It is limited by the expression in policy start date which is in calculated dimension and sum of premium expression in expressions tab.

So i basically need to create overall sum as i have done in count logic but the same logic is not working for sum of premium.

Pls refer attachment for logics being used in main report and the count logic i have made using the report expressions.

Pls help in making premium expression.

I have basically merged premium and start date logic in my count expression which is giving me correct output.

I need to add base premium and addon premium together with same filters as of my count logic
