Hi,

to specify join type you need to uderstand join types and you need to know what you're trying to achieve.

to specify the columns to join in case of multiple column you need to understand the tables you're trying to join or get the information from the person that gave you the data

Functionality doesn't exist. Concatenation can be done. To edit joins, you need to use Data Load Editor.

Default join type in Data Manager is Full Outer Join.
