I want to exclude the Fields from set analysis

I have below set analysis code. I am trying to exclude filed by using below set analysis code but it is not working.

aggr(NODISTINCT sum({<FieldToExclude=>} sales), ...)

Please provide the solution how we can achieve.

Other side I have using normal syntax which is working.

sum({<FieldToExclude=>} sales)
