Cumulative agregation Bar chart by period

Hi, my first request was how to agregate the by chart by period and the solution was solved using the function below provide by @BrunPierre .

Now i need to cumulate this chart with base last condition, example:

For July/2023, the value should be:

Item "CPPRAA164308 - STEP 6 = 1"

and as the ITEM "CPPRAA163762 - STEP 7 = 1 " not appears in July should be get the last status from the Jun.

The final result for July shoud be:

CPPRAA16376 - STEP 5 = 1

CPPRAA164308 - STEP 6 = 1
