Dimension doesn't shows the Select Excluded option

Hi Qlik Team,

I have dimension as Function to display based on the conditions.

I have some expressions like deviations, oos, submission, Investigation, closure, capa and actions. based on these expressions want to show the below dimension.

here is my conditional dimension mentioned below

Conditional dimension=

IF(Aggr(Count(deviation) )then display function, IF(Aggr(Count(oos) )then display function, IF(Aggr(Count(capa)) then display function, IF(Aggr(Count(closure)) then display function, IF(Aggr(Count(submission)) then display function, IF(Aggr(Count(action)) then display function, IF(Aggr(Count(investigation)) then display functions)))))))

when using the aggregation select excluded option is not visible in dimension filter it is shows like always one selected values. How can i solve this issue?
