Can't open load editor after installing Patch4 for Aug-2023 version

Hi,

We recently upgraded the QlikSense version to Aug. 2023. Everything seemed fine, but after installing the PATCH4 for this version, there is no access to the load editor.

What can we do to solve this?

Are you facing this issue in all the application or some of the applications??

Strange I do have the same Patch May 2023 its works fine in my server.

Still I recommend you to raise a ticket to qlik support may be they could help you with the same & if I do find a solution ill intimate on the same thread.

One of the solutions in my mind is a little drastic & might not get approved but still the steps are listed below,

Take a backup on qlik sense QSR DB
UnInstall patch 4
Try to run Qlik sense it could work
If it didn't work I recommend reinstalling qlik sense fresh with patch installed
apply the license & try to create a application
check of load script is running & run a demo script
if all is good, then restore the backup
Now it should work
