Graphic double indicator/labels and graph in table

Hello,
I need to reproduce this report. It is a Tableau Software report.
I have 2 problems:
1/ I want to see 2 indicators on the same table or histogram (for example, here on the screenshot "TABLEAU SOFTWARE REPORT", in yellow, I want to see the margin and the margin rate).
2/ I want to display histograms in my table proportional to the value. I've tried inserting a graphical representation (see screenshot Graph Histo in Table) but my viz are vertical and I can't make them horizontal.
I've also tried to make a histogram graph, but I can't manage to make a histogram for all the indicators on the same scale and also with the different progressions...
At the moment, this is my development on the screenshot(QLIK REPORT)
Can you help me make this chart and combine the histograms with the trends and the double indicators... ?
