If it's just script you're after, you can use my Script Repository tool as a base.

Qlikview Cookbook: Script Repository https://qlikviewcookbook.com/recipes/download-info/script-repository/

You can use the script output files as input to your own code to create Qlik Sense Apps using an API. Or you could just modify the tool to save each script file as a qvf. QlikView can create qvf files.

You can use the QlikView to Qlik Sense convertor available in the DevHub.

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-developer/August2023/Subsystems/Dev-Hub/Content/Sense_Dev-Hub/ConversionTool/conversion-tool.htm
