Reload frequency

Good morning all,

I am currently looking for a solution that allows me to reload/app refresh data more often.
There are several articles on this community but nowhere can I really find a clear answer to my question.

Currently I add a schedule, right mouse click -> schedule for reload. Here I can choose to refresh every hour.

Is there a way to refresh every 5 minutes, for example?

We are talking about a small simple app and a small table. We have the SAP connector installed and possibly other data sources. Thanks in advance.

I have a qlik sense Saas license. i don't recognize the screens you posted above.

Alas, that is the best you can do without using API / Automation.
