How do you backup you qvf files ?

Hello,

I need to backup my Qlik sense files hosted on Qlik Cloud,

sometimes with data, most of the times, without data.

With you experience, what would be the most simple / powerfull way to handle this ? (I've seen some possibilities in Qlik Automation with GitHub / GitLab (no data) and S3)
