    <description>&lt;P&gt;How would I do a Partial Reload with this script?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For this data there is a new lines that get add to the excel file everyday. The pervious line don't get updated as well.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can use incremental load, but I want to practice doing particle load since I can't do that successfully yet.&lt;/P&gt;
