Dear all,

We have an app published on stream.We have multiple root admin users.

In an app we have created default public bookmark (B00K_1) to be applied on max year while opening application.

Some of the root admin users unable able to see the default bookmark ((B00K_1)) in list but it is not getting applied to them.

With bookmarks that you want to be used by many users it is often better for the developer to create the bookmark in their work stream and then publish the app with the bookmark in it. Creating bookmarks in the app once published and making it public should work fine, but I would suggest trying with an app bookmark.

We have found the solution that:

Same user was logged in multiple sessions so we have close all parallel session and the default bookmark is working fine.

But, I have question here is in case anyone require to take multiple sessions then how can we solve this issue?
