Loop to find Director or VicePresident Name

Hi,

I have a dataset like below . We have name , manager and manager job title. we need to find director and vicepresident for each of these names

For example , for user Alex , he is reporting to Victor. but victor is Sr. Manager in position. Victor is reporting to Susan who is Vice President. So I need to create new column VP level and show Susan as VP for Alex

Any way to achieve this
