The file selection list does not appear in Data Manager.

Hi all.

I tried to add an Excel file through the data manager. But the file selection list doesn't appear. The file I'm talking about here is the worksheet included in the Excel file.

The Excel file on the capture screen contains three worksheets, and I can't select any worksheets other than the selected worksheets by default.

In addition, the scrollbar is not visible on the Add Data screen run by Data Manager.

I refreshed the web browser and created a new app for add data again but result is same.

I wonder what I can do to solve this.

I have same problems.

Qlik Sense version : Nov 2023
my chrome version : 122.0.6261.95
my edge version : 122.0.2365.66

Is it a Qlik Sense server config problem or a browser problem?

I'm wondering if there's anything I need to set up on the server.

I thought there would be an effect of the Chrome version on the problem, so I tested it.

Chrome version (Normal operation) : 121.0.6167.161 / 120.0.6099.109
Chrome version(Error occurred) : 122.06261.112

Running Data Manager on the latest version of Chrome seems to cause some crashes.

It's an urgent issue, so please anybody answer me! help me! 😟

I tested the data manager at the Chrome version set 121.####.
the data select view on the data manager is working well at that chrome version.

Could Qlik give us the solution?

I and my Client are using the chrome version : 122.0.6261.95.

I have same issue with November 2023 SR6 version. is there any solution available?
