    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Recently our system administrator added CloudFlare on QlikSense Servers for security purpose.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have modified key="WebSocketPingInterval" value="10"&amp;nbsp;in proxy.config , so we won't get the connetion lost in hub,&amp;nbsp; but the error is still occuring in data load editor. Sometimes it appears right after data load editor is open ,or the error appears after 2-3 minutes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We also add the public adress in "Host To Allow" List from Virtual Proxy.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;It's a known problem with Cloudflare regarding connection lost in data load editor?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Our System Administrator ensured us that the websockets are enabled and there are not any other additional setting to be done in CloudFlare.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you find a solution? We're also using Cloudflare and for us it&amp;nbsp; works with&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;key="WebSocketPingInterval" value="30". Before this adjustment we also got "connection lost"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;However, we have an issue of not being able to download task logs from QMC when going via Cloudflare. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do you also have this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
