NL Insights issue. Unable to see the properties panel

Hello Community,

we are currently using qlik sense enterprise on windows May 2023 patch 10. when we tried to test the new extension "NL insights" in the sheets, the properties panel didn't show any contents under the "data" section to add measures and dimensions. Also weirdly, it asking for credentials for authentication. pls help us to fix this.

Note: we are using Saml SSO for the user authentication.

Any updates? I've the same issue. August 2023 patch 9
