Can't get files using Folder connection

Hi all,

I am trying to access files in a folder on a remote server.

The first issue was that I could reach the folder but could not see the files - this was solved by giving the Qlik user full control over the files.

Now the issue is that when I press one of the files to open it and choose whatever I need - nothing happens. it does not response.

The user has "Root admin" role.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Did you check the antivirus exclusion on the Connector folder, and your files folder too ?

Hi,

I Don't know exactly what you mean but I have no problems with other File connections (all internal).

Can you please explain?

In some case, the antivirus can prevent the files to load into Qlik Sense, then, on your serveur, you need to check if the folder and these files are excluded by the antivirus.

Solved by more permmissions.
