Hi @mpc,

Thanks for your answer. As I said before sometime works and sometime we have the error (with the same app, same filters, same amount of data), so I don't think is related to a subset of charts, but how can I validate it?

Hi folks,
I have a Qlik Sense SaaS app and I noticed that sometimes I received the error: "exceeds memory limit" , but sometimes I don't receive it. (same application, same filters, same amount of data).
I wonder if the capacity of an application to calculate the values in a table is affected by the capacity of the tenant, I mean if at the moment I have the error it is because there are so many users working or the ETL is running, and when there are no users and no ETL running the table works.
Or could be another reason for this issue?

Thanks.

Hi,

I do not think the issue is related to usage made by others.
The issue is maybe related to a subset of charts ? Then it's the hypercube memory limit which is reached, and not the app global one.

Kind regards

Hi @mpc,

Another weird thing is that today I was trying to replicate the issue and I received the message on my Private sheet (its a copy of the public sheet) even with the filter of year. But the Public sheet is working even with No filter.

Hi,

Quite strange indeed. Did you run a Performance test ?

Kind regards
