Create a Three-Level Hierarchy based on Two Columns

Hi everyone,

I am trying to create a Qlik hierarchy based on two columns I have in an Excel file. One column, which is level 1, has the name of all the chief executives in the company and the second one, level 2, has all the people who report to those chiefs. However, there is also a third level in which a person that appears in column two can also appear in column one under the role of chief and have people who report to that person. As an example, I have attached a hierarchy diagram for further clarification of the use case.

Could anyone help me or shed some light of how to solve this?
