Dashboard Theme Issue: QlikSense Classic Theme Displaying as Horizon Theme for Other Users after Upgrade

Hello everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with a dashboard in QlikSense and I need some help. Here are the details:

Issue Description:

I have a dashboard in QlikSense that is owned and was published by an admin user.
The dashboard has been set with the QlikSense Classic theme.
When other users access the dashboard, it displays with the Horizon theme instead of the Classic theme.

I do not have experience with this, but maybe check the settings in the management console. For example, user access or any security rules.
