Qlikview reload does not work. (After windows 11 update)

Dears,
I upgraded windows to 11. Then noticed that qlikview started to not run the reload button. The app gets frozen even I work on very simple files..
From windows system recovery; I re-installed previous windows 10. The issue is still ongoing.
İt will be appreciated a lot if we can bring any solution.

The reload-window (and another popup-windows) might be below other windows or on the outside of your screen - waiting of any interaction from you. Therefore make sure that you could see each window.
