Qlik Replicate for BW Extractors

In the QlikWorld Online 2022 documentation, Adding and managing source endpoints / Using SAP Extractor as a source / Limitations and considerations, it states:

Each extractor can be associated with a single task only. Additionally, the extractor should be exclusively run by Replicate.

Does this mean that the extractors should only be run by Qlik or BW i.e. not run at the same time to feed BW and load a Replicate Target database ?

Can the extractors be used by both Qlik and BW simultaneously, or is this referring to a single Replicate task?

Hi there .

In short , we're saying that two Replicate Tasks should never be active at the same time which share an Extractor in the same logical system. Find more about what we're referring to here, and I hope this helps!
