Qlik Connector Facebook Insights Permission Error

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to get Facebook Insighs from a facebook page which I am 'Administrator' (full control) using Qlik Connectors.

I have no trouble at getting the access token but the problem comes when I try to get the insights. It says that i have no 'pages_read_engagement' permission.

Anyone know how I can fix this?

is the Facebook page using the "old" page experience or the new one?

It has happened before that changes in Facebook APIs disabled our connectors, so this could be interesting to know.

You can also try to follow this process , despite the UI changes, and see if that works.
