Salesforce Connector

Hello Guys,

I've been having this Error message sometimes when I extract data from Salesforce:

"Error: Connector reply error: Unable to get column information for the fields that are used in the query. Please make sure you have only one SELECT statement in a query editor. Description: The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server."

Before this, I have the statement presented in the attached file.

I've been searching a lot and all I can find are simila issues, not the same ones, and in almost all of them people talk about updating the connector, but that doesn't seem to be the problem.

Can anybody help please?

Hello @guimend ,

I would suggest checking the connection with your Salesforce team or Salesforce admin.

Based on the error, message seems like it's Salesforce the one closing the connection.

Also, how long it takes until you receive that message? Have you noticed any pattern?
