&lt;P&gt;Based on the error, message seems like it's Salesforce the one closing the connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, how long it takes until you receive that message? Have you noticed any pattern?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Salesforce Connector</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Guys,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've been having this Error message sometimes when I extract data from Salesforce:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"Error: Connector reply error: Unable to get column information for the fields that are used in the query. Please make sure you have only one SELECT statement in a query editor. Description: The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server."&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Before this, I have the statement presented in the attached file.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've been searching a lot and all I can find are simila issues, not the same ones, and in almost all of them people talk about updating the connector, but that doesn't seem to be the problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can anybody help please?&lt;/P&gt;
