Web Connector Amazon S3 SSL/TSL handshake failed

Hey all,

we have the problem with our WebConnector, especially the Amazon S3 WebConnector. We can't get the connection to work when the FormsAuthentication and SSL is enabled in the deploy.config.

This is the error we receive: SSL/TSL handshake failed. Certificates and/or Passwords are invalid.

Could somebody help me?

It sounds like a root cert issue, please try the below article and see if it works.

Hello @Jack_Guo ,

thanks for your answer. Unfortunately that didn't worked. I downloaded the cert and imported it in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities, but the error persists
