      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please confirm the following :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Confirm that port 4747 is open between you and the server.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Confirm that you can resolve the name of the server and or IP from your laptop&lt;BR /&gt;3. Does your account exist exist in the Qlikview environment? &lt;BR /&gt;4. Are you using a domain account ?</description>
