[QlikSense] SAS ODBC

Hello,
We want to set up an ODBC connection to SAS but we are having problems.
- We have installed the SAS driver.

- defined the server in the file C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\services

- Created the ODBC connection on ODBC data-sources

- Opened the flows to the SAS server

- Installed SAS/SHARE on the SAS server

But when we try to create the connection on QlikSense, it loops and nothing happens.
I don't know where the logs are except in C:\ProgramDataQlik\Custom DataQvOdbconnectorPackage\Log
and in this logs there is nothing talking.
Could someone help me?

Hi @Diane

Are you able to get a successful connection, from the Sense server, using another tool - perhaps an Excel data import?

Is it at the point of clicking Test Connection that you are getting the looping? Generally if the connection fails it will time out with an error message when doing the test.
