Data Connection RDS PostreSQL

Hello,

I am a complete beginner with Qlik, I created my account 20 minutes ago.

- I have a PostgreSQL Database on Amazon RDS.

- I logged on the online browser version of Qlik and tried to make a connection with my database

- When I click on "Test connection" it says the connection is successful but after I clicked on "Create and analyse" there is no table available. (I can see the table when using PGAdmin so I know the data is there ^^)

Do you have any idea why? Thank you

Hi @Nova

The test connection succeeding is usually a very good indication that things are working.

Do you have multiple databases on that server? Could you be connecting to one that has no tables?

Does the username and password that you have used have access to any tables?

Perhaps you could share some obfuscated screengrabs to give us more idea of what might be going on?

Thank you for trying to help.

I logged on the database with Tableau and everything worked fine so I am going to use Tableau instead.
