Qlik JIRA Connector: Creating data connection does not work

Hi Qlik Community,

I installed Qlik Web Connectors and successfully authenticated the JIRA connector:

Then I tried to create a new data connection in QlikSense as described in the documentation. When I click on create it starts loading, but it never finishes. It just loads and loads like this:

I am using Qlik Sense May 2021 Patch 4 (qliksenseserver 14.20.10) and Qlik Web Connectors Version March 2022.

Does anybody have an idea why this happens?

Hi Tracey,

thank you for your answer.

Yes, AllowRemoteAccess is set to true, Firewall is open for port 5555 and authentication type is set to FormsAuthentication.

However, I get the same behavior when I try to create the connection directly on the server where both Qlik Sense and Web Connectors are installed.

I found a solution!

I added the domain to the URL as follows: https://host.domain.com:5555/ and now it works.

If you have the same problem, remember to also change this in the FROM part of the LOAD statement generated by Qlik Web Connector.
