Securely connect a local database (Oracle)

Could you please help me with the following query: How I could connect my local database (Oracle) to Qlik Cloud. I could open a public IP door with a host and gateway, with a user and password... but anyone who has that password could access my database. The idea is to know how to free up that access exclusively for Qlik Cloud. Thanks in advance

Either your Oracle instance or Firewall should allow for some semblance of 'whitelisting' addresses for external access. The qlik help provides the static IP addresses that should be added to this whitelist for data connections:
