Missing Data Sources when open New Connection

Hi specialists,

The Qlik Sense Enterprise is running ok, but all the users (including rootadmin) are facing some trouble when create a new data connection . (See attachment)

In two servers (no multinode) they are not listing all data sources.

What kind of problem should be this?

I did the steps and detected the problem.
