&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your response,. I confirm that its related to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;TLS/SSL protocoles,. I've been in contact with Qlik support , they recommend me to download&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;IISCrypto.exe&amp;nbsp; , I fixed the issue by running the program and restarting the server . Now we have no more the "unknow error" message and data connexions are displayed on the load script.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>upgrade to November 2022 Problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have upgraded to the November 2022 version of Qlik Sense on 8 November 2022.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When trying to connect today we faced several problems related to the connectivity to licences servers&amp;nbsp;("message":"failed retrieve central node info from QRS)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Kindly note that we can't see connectors and the message of the attached file (bug1) is displayed when when open the load script&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You mention issues contacting the license server.
