Hello @pasgalbarra ,

Most commonly this is caused by a group change in membership and the applied filter not finding them in the UDC.

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/User-can-t-log-in-or-service-not-running-any-longer-if-User-with/ta-p/1716259

Users were either removed or deactivated in the user directory they are being synchronized from, or the group filter / LDAP filter used is incorrect and does not filter them correctly.

Recreate the user in the source directory.

Re-activate the user in the source directory.

Verify the filter used in the User Directory Connector.

Then synchronize from the User Directory Connector.

It can also be caused by the user being deactivated in another environment (SLK only):
https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/One-environment-s-users-are-Inactive-and-Removed-Externally-in/ta-p/1817137
