Reaching external address from the server that Qlik is hosted on?

Is it not possible to reach Qlik through reporting.etc.etc link in the browser whilst on the server that Qlik is hosted on ? As I can access Qlik with the server name.domainname.local , but I cannot do it through the "reporting...." link.

Is this intended behaviour?

It is absolutely possible. Actually, in my environment I get redirected to reporting.etc.etc when entering the server's name in the browser when working on the actual server hosting the environment.

So I can tell you that it is possible. What I can't tell you is what you need to do to make it work in your environment...
