    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can't connect to Qlik Sense Hub/ QMC. When I open one of these two applications I get this message:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;(This site can't be reached - ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="mtapiadors_2-1687958945218.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.qlik.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/111212iF039C70D2F5A0DBB/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="mtapiadors_2-1687958945218.png" alt="mtapiadors_2-1687958945218.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have looked at the logs folder (C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Proxy\Trace) and it seems I have seen that it is an error when establishing the connection.&lt;BR /&gt;'Could not contact local repository to retrieve proxy service settings No connection could be made because &lt;BR /&gt;the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:4242 Unable to connect to the remote server'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how I can solve my incident to be able to access the application?&lt;/P&gt;
