Beside the amount of data which may require any incremental approach it might be caused from certain settings in regard to not having the needed access rights or records are locked. Also the used driver may skip certain records if it couldn't handle a certain feature or data-type.

Has anyone had trouble or observed an extract job not reading all the rows from an oracle DB table?

If so, what is the best solution?

Hello everything is fine?

this can be solved with an incremental load, separating your data by monthly periods for example.

but that depends on a business analysis
