Data Connections Pane loading slow

All of a sudden when I was working on Nov 19 the Data Connections Pane started loading very slow when I open apps.

Is anyone else notice this?

I also did find a video from I think 2018 and we have the setting suggested in the machine.config file

I did notice some Microsoft patches came in the server on Nov 18 which is why I am asking

Any ideas why this might be happening? Is there a log I should be looking at?

We do have a data connection to a folder on the qlik folder. That drive was down to 9 ish gigs of free space and I managed to free up one

I have attached screenshots of the patches installed, the version we are on and the spinning wheel

I think I saw it somewhere else but stopping and restarting the services in the correct order seems to have solved this problem.
