Admin Approval for Office 365 SharePoint from Qlik Sense

Hi, I'm trying to connect Office 365 SharePoint URL via Qlik Sense Hub. When I tried to create a connection from Qlik Sense via Data Editor. Its asking for BASE URL, then I gave my Office 365 SharePoint Base URL.

After that I tried to authenticate, that time it goes to Admin Approval. But When I asked for our SharePoint Admin, they are not receiving any email related to that.

Can anyone suggest, who will get the approval request ? How to overcome this?
