Web connector sharepoint certificate issue

Hello, trying to solve this issue for a while but without any sucess. Web connector file share SSL/TLS error: "The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel". I had reinstalled web connector and setup as per documentation. Certificate creation were also done as per documentation. Authentification process works fine, but "safe input and run table" fails. When trying to access sharepoint via direct link, work perfeclty.

netsh http show sslcert ipport=0.0.0.0:5555 - show correct certificate.

browser has correct certificate.

When restarting service, same error show up in logs:"The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel"

Please advice
