Qlik Cloud - SAP SQL Connection Communication Failure

Hi Community Members,

I am facing an issue with SAP Connection in Qlik Cloud and would appreciate some insights

We are trying to connect SAP System via Qlik Cloud SQL Connector.

Error while connecting

Test Communication failed: Communication failure

To get more understanding of the error msg we tried the connection with Qlik Sense On-Prem Sap Connector.

While we were able to connect to SAP System with their private IP we still getting error with public IP

Following is the error msg

Test Connection failed: LOCATION SAP-Gateway on host <abc.com> / sapgw00 ERROR timeout during allocate TIME Tue Feb 20 14:24:45 2024 RELEASE 753 COMPONENT SAP-Gateway VERSION 2 RC 242 MODULE /bas/753_REL/src/krn/si/gw/gwr3cpic.c LINE 2210 DETAIL no connect of TP sapdp00 from host 95.6e.26a9.ip4.static.sl-reverse.com after 20 sec COUNTER 2 RETURN CODE: 27

Please note we have got port 3300,3200 and 3600 added in firewall whitelist.
