QlikSense : Sudden Connectivity issues to on Prem SQL "Name or Service Not Known"

Im on QlikSense

Suddenly last night we started getting failures with our QVD generators. The issue seem to be with the saved connections trying to connect to on prem SQL instance.

the Error message we get is "Name Service not Known"

There has been no change on the firewall and all the IPS that Qlik requires are already whitelisted

I have tested the same configurations using other 3rdparty apps and all seem to connect.

Has anyone else had this experience before

Hi @mdesilvaCC

The ODBC connector version was upgraded and that might have caused this issue. Are you still facing this issue?

The version was rolled back and the issue should have been resolved already.

I am getting same error while connecting to on pre postgresql db as Name or Service Not Known how can i resolve it ?
