Dropbox Connector can only access private folder and not all shared folders

Hello Dear Qlik Community,

We have changed our folder structure in Dropbox where from now on the user will see the entire file path instead of only the shared folder. In the past we have used the integrate dropbox connector in Qlik Sense to access all sorts of data files from different teams within our organization. After we changed the folder structure our dropbox connector can only connect to the private folder of that Dropbox user instead of all shared folders.

Could someone please help us on how we can access all folders that are shared with the dropbox user instead of only the private folder?

We have Qlik Sense enterprise on windows: may 2024 update.
