topic No Access to Team Folders after Dropbox Update June 2024 with QLIK Dropbox Data Connector in Connectivity & Data Prep

Hi,

Dropbox has changed its file system in June. Since then we are not able to access the Teamfolder structure. Teamfolders used to be located in the User Folder but now they are in the root one step above.

The QLIK Dropbox Data connector provides only access to the User Folder where the Team Folders are no longer located.

Working with the Python API I found out the I have to use the property "with_path_root" when working with the Dropbox-Object.

Do other users have this problem?

Is there a solution available?
